Are you considering taking up a side hustle? Do you already have one, and do you view it as a business? In either case, a side hustle makes you an entrepreneur. This course will provide an overview of what you need to know to form your company and either start your entrepreneurial journey or transition from a freelancer to an entrepreneur.

Instructor:

Claudia Herrington, JD, CCEP, has over 25 years of business experience in the following areas of focus: data privacy & cyber security, enterprise risk, corporate governance, audit, legal, and leadership. She has worked for public, private, and nonprofit organizations.

Claudia is a member of the Society of Corporate Counsel & Ethics, Femme Founders, OWBA, and WELD. She serves as a corporate director as well.

Claudia is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law, having earned both a Bachelor of Arts from The College of Wooster and a Master of Arts from American University in International Studies.
