In this course, you’ll learn the fundamentals of analytics and how to deploy these technologies to support an organization’s business strategy. Participants will better understanding of analytics techniques, applications, governance, and ethics/risks using real-life examples. By the end of this course, you will have a foundational understanding of analytics in business and be able to identify use-cases and opportunities to incorporate these capabilities into an organization’s business strategy.
This Credential program is 8 weeks with 24 contact hours. To earn your badge of completion, you must achieve a minimum of 70% in 3 Key Performance areas: Attendance, Participation, and Activities/Assignments. The instructor will provide a specific rubric outlining the Key Performance areas in the course syllabus.

INSTRUCTOR:
Dave Cherry is a thought leader, executive strategist, and speaker who helps clients define a customer experience strategy, enabled by innovation and informed by analytics. He is a member of the International Institute of Analytics Expert Panel, serves on the Women in Analytics Advisory Board, and serves as an Adjunct Professor teaching a graduate class on Retail Analytics & Trends. He is also the co-author of “Analytics Interpreted: A Compilation of Perspectives”. Dave holds a BS in Economics with a dual degree in Finance and Law from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
