Learn practical frameworks for designing, evaluating, and leading initiatives that create meaningful social impact.

Meaningful social impact is more than a mission statement or a one-day service project. This interactive workshop now runs across two 90-minute sessions. The first session builds the theory: how to distinguish real impact from performative efforts, how values show up in budgets and programs, and how to ask sharper questions from wherever you sit, whether in a student org, internship, or early-career role. The second session puts that theory to work through applied problem sets, where participants diagnose real budgets, pressure-test coalition-building strategies, and design or refine an initiative of their own. Both sessions are hands-on, and the second is built almost entirely around applied practice. Participants leave with a completed one-page Impact Playbook for a real initiative in their lives, a set of worked problem sets they can reuse, and a quick reference card with the frameworks introduced in class.
