This workshop will walk through how to prioritize when demands outnumber hours: separating urgent from important, weighing effort against impact, and sequencing work so deadlines stop sneaking up. Participants will apply prioritization frameworks to their own real task lists, practice when and how to say no or renegotiate a deadline, and see where AI can help weigh options and think through trade-offs. You'll leave with a repeatable daily habit for choosing what comes first.
