Uncover what customers think, believe, and do. Then use it to make better business decisions.
Why do people choose one product over another? What makes them stick with a brand, delete an app, or decide something just isn’t for them? Qualitative research helps you get beyond guesses by talking to people and paying attention to what they actually say and do. In this program, you’ll learn how to ask better questions, conduct interviews, observe behavior, and use social listening to uncover patterns you might otherwise miss. Then you'll run your own small study on a real-world challenge and present what you found. No statistics background required. If you can ask a good question and listen closely, you can do this work. And you'll find that getting someone to open up about what they really think is one of the most rewarding parts of the job.

This hands-on accelerator will show students how to uncover what customers really think, believe, and do, and use those insights to make better business decisions. Participants will learn to ask sharper questions, conduct interviews, observe behavior, and use social listening to spot patterns others miss. Students will then run their own small study on a real-world challenge and present their findings. No statistics background is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to listen closely.
