In this four-week accelerator, you'll explore how PR professionals use earned media, stakeholder engagement, and crisis communications to help organizations build and maintain strong reputations. Through case studies, simulations, and hands-on activities, you'll learn how to leverage AI tools to research, brainstorm, and develop PR materials while maintaining authenticity and ethical standards. By the end of the program, you'll have practical experience applying both traditional and digital PR strategies to real-world scenarios.

At the end of this accelerator you will be able to apply earned media, stakeholder engagement, and crisis communications strategies to real-world scenarios, evaluate how AI tools can support PR research and content development while maintaining authenticity and ethical standards, and build and protect organizational reputation through both traditional and digital approaches.
You’ll also leave with hands-on experience developing PR materials and a practical foundation for pursuing a purpose-driven career in public relations.

Meet Your Instructor
Toby Usnik is a communications, social impact, and AI advisor with more than 25 years of experience across global brands, cultural institutions, media, and public affairs. He is co-founder and co-head of ArtsCom in New York and previously served as Head of Communications for the British Consulate General New York. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Christie’s, The New York Times Company, Razorfish, and American Express. Toby is the author of The Caring Economy, co-author of Connecting the Dots, and host of The Caring Economy podcast. He speaks and coaches on communications, career development, and AI for social impact.
