Meet Your Instructor
arsey Laurelle is the Chief Change Officer and Shift Coach at Varsey Laurelle Consulting, where she helps organizations gain clarity, align people and processes, and activate strategic change. Her work centers on leadership development, culture, and guiding teams from strategy to execution. She holds a BA in Mass Communications and Marketing from Wright State University and an MBA from Ashland University, where she developed a strong interest in business psychology and human dynamics. Varsey designs and facilitates workshops on self-leadership, trust, clarity during transitions, cultural architecture, and the role of AI in organizations.
Varsey is a graduate of the Leadership Columbus Signature Class of 2023 and serves on the Board of Directors for Freedom a la Cart, a Columbus-based social enterprise supporting survivors of sex trafficking. Known for her authenticity, energy, and listening skills, she brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to her work with leaders and teams.
