What makes a healthcare experience feel supportive, stressful, or even life-changing? This course introduces students to patient experience and its growing role in shaping outcomes, trust, and quality of care. Designed for individuals considering careers in medicine, nursing, public health, or related fields, this course explores how communication, compassion, and healthcare systems influence the patient journey. Drawing from real-world clinical and consulting experience, students will learn to view care through the patient’s perspective and understand how both small interactions and system-level decisions impact outcomes.
